Leadership Kauai was created by a group of volunteers, modeled on successful leadership programs nationwide, and then customized for Kauai’s culture and needs. Leadership Kauai is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivate strong leaders for today and tomorrow. Our first Leadership Class graduated in June 2005.
