Aloha-in-Motion

Global Leadership Conference | October 20, 2022
Kauai Philippine Cultural Center
Kauai's Future and Sustainable Innovation
9:00am to 12:00pm

Leading With Aloha

Kauaʻi has always been a beacon of light in modeling how to do things with Aloha. In today’s fast-paced technological environment, it is imperative to integrate with companies that align with our Hawaiian values to establish their roots here. It is time to share Aloha and grow the Kauaʻi business community!

This Global Leadership Conference is an opportunity for business and community leaders of Kauai, Hawaii, Mainland, and Internationally to come together as one to share tools, strategies, and encouragement to do the right thing, even though it may be the hardest and longest road to take.
Picture
AIM 2022
The AIM Conference is in its 3rd-year and began with the vision to share Kauai’s business practices of Aloha with the world.
As the daily life opened up from the pandemic, people’s schedules are increasing busier so this year’s offering is a small in-person gathering of island leaders to discuss Kauai’s future and sustainable innovative projects/programs. Conference core team and speakers Vinnie Johnson and Mike Rubel will be on island for rich discussion.

In collaboration with the Kauaʻi Chamber of Commerce, Kauaʻi Economic Development Board and Leadership Kauaʻi, the intention for AIM 2022 is to 1) gather leaders for connection and relationship building, 2) share ideas and visions they have of Kauai’s future, 3) come away with a list of do-able projects with committed partners, and 4) identify next steps.

This will be scratching the surface, especially with such short notice of this convening and limited time to discuss. If the majority wants to continue, we are open to facilitating this important conversation and invite others who need to be at the table. One can see the potential layers of discovery and growth such a simple meeting can spark for our future. If it’s easier to chat, feel free to call Char at 808-246-8727.

Send AIM 2022 inquires to info@leadershipkauai.org
