Tom Clements Tom is the Public Affairs Officer at PMRF. An Air Force veteran, he has a BS in Sociology from Regents College and an AA in Public Affairs. He and his wife have 3 children and 2 grandchildren on Kaua’i. Tom’s interests include fishing, basketball, volleyball, Hawaiian language, ukulele and guitar.
