A home school junior from Princeville, Gabe is active with Hawai`i Leadership Academy, Swim Kaua`i Aquatics, Lead America’s Alumni Association and Hawai`i Association of Performing Arts. He enjoys programming, video editing, music and swimming.

A junior at Waimea High School, Beau plays Varsity soccer. Beau is the drum major with the high school band, serves in student government as class President and is active with Taiko drumming with Tsunami Taiko. Beau enjoys beach activities and being with friends.

Active with Girl Scouts, Key Club, Astronomy/Science Club, and Health Occupations Students of America, she enjoys reading, piano and embroidery.

A junior at Island School, Kyle has been recognized as MVP on the JV Paddling team and Outstanding Freshman Class Officer. He is active with Kaua`i Hoe Wa`a, Hawai`i Youth Conservation Corps, volleyball, paddling, soccer and Hawaiian Monk Seal Conservation Hui. He enjoys going to the beach, lifting weights, playing volleyball and paddling.

A Kaua`i High School junior, Jaylen is on the varsity paddling team, participates in Lion’s Club activities, volunteers at the Kaua`i Foodbank and the Kaua`i Humane Society. She enjoys time with family and friends. Jaylen also likes to take photographs of all the varied scenery around the island.

A Kaua`i High School junior, Jomar is a Honor Roll/Principal’s List student. He is involved with Key Club, Nature Club, JV volleyball and was the Student Council sophomore class treasurer. He enjoys hiking, listening to music, dancing, singing and learning about the Asian culture.

A junior at Waimea High School, Joshua is an honor roll student who is active in cross country, volleyball, soccer, robotics, and is a member of Boy Scouts Troop 270. He enjoys swimming, body boarding, soccer and volunteering in the community. Joshua also has his own lawn business. He was also the JV Soccer team’s captain and are the current KIF champions.

A junior at Island School, Mehana is active with Hawaii Children’s Theater, AYSO and Island School soccer, Junior Restoration Team, and her school’s choir. Her many interests include riding horses, hiking, surfing and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
