Leadership Kauai was created by a group of volunteers, modeled on successful leadership programs nationwide, and then customized for Kauai's culture and needs.  Leadership Kauai is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivate strong leaders for today and tomorrow.  Our first Leadership Class graduated in June 2005.    Leadership Kauai is excited about our successes thus far and the overwhelming community support we have received.        Support Kauai's Future Leaders Join the many generous supporters of Leadership Kauai and help us inspire and cultivate strong Leaders for Kauai's future.
