Many of you also mentioned supporting Leadership Kauai in various ways. The Pau Hana and Leadership Series were created to provide opportunities for just that – fun networking after work and relevant leadership development workshops. Staff and Board Synergy - identifying areas of opportunity for clarity in communication and function to grow and reach goals. Ezra is an entrepreneur, author, educator and speaker. He is passionate about the concept of reducing stress in both our personal and professional lives by building strong relationships through effective communication and leadership development. He mission is to help those who work with kids develop skills, thus providing a better service to the children of our communities. His mission and passion, began as a member of the Ezra is the CEO of The Holland Group, a national workforce and leadership training company, and an Adjunct Faculty in the School of Business at Endicott College. He founded and was executive director of the Pacific Leadership Program, a California state wide youth employment and development program. Ezra has a BA in Outdoor Recreation and a MS In Recreation Administration from San Francisco State University Recreation, Parks and Tourism Department. He has worked delivered over 2500 workshops and presentations in over 30 states, as well as 5 countries in Europe.
