"The TLC online class was something I eagerly looked forward to and will continue to recommend to those wanting to connect with the greater community and learn and practice leadership skills that can be applied in any setting, including the home. What I'm learning about leadership is that it's for everyone. We all influence someone and we get to choose whether that is for better or worse. Being our best leader means stepping up to the plate, and taking the sometimes scary steps out of our comfort zone to improve and learn a new way of thinking or doing.
