Class of 2023 enjoys sunset in Kōkeʻe
If you or someone you know is interested in enrolling in this one-of-a-kind leadership and networking program on Kaua`i, please submit the application as soon as possible.

Here's a brief summary of the Program and its benefits:

Our Annual Adult Leadership Program takes a class of 15-20 adults through an intensive ten-month mobile classroom program that consists of leadership development and networking through a guest speaker series, professional skills building - critical thinking, decision-making and communication, inter-generational and multicultural bridging in Kaua'i's unique island culture, global leadership, mentoring, collaboration and community service. 

During their time together, participant teams learn and work to resolve important community issues.  Upon graduation, participants are challenged to use the skills and knowledge they gain towards the long-term benefit of the community in their daily jobs and activities as well as through volunteerism in the Leadership Kaua'i Alumni Network (LKAN).

Our Adult Program Delivers Value to Participants, Companies, Sponsors, and the Community.

For inquiries regarding program tuition please call 808-246-8727. In many cases, a participant's company or organization will cover the cost.  Payment plans and a very limited number of scholarships are also available.
